Meridian Counseling & Family Services, LLC was established in the spring of 2019 in downtown Yankton, South Dakota. As our practice grew and our services expanded, we recognized the need for a larger space to better serve our community. In 2026, we relocated to our current office at 1915 Locust Street in Yankton. Our mission is to empower individuals, couples, and families to through comprehensive mental health care and family support.
